Crawling and Babbles and Teeth, Oh My!

Well, Isabella is crawling and babbling like a little mad woman! :) She runs around in her walker and chases us and the dogs. Hahahaha! She said "daadee" a few weeks ago and started crawling two weeks ago. She actually doesn't have any teeth yet, and no signs of them coming in! My mom said I was the same way, and then they came in groups and I was a terror. So I have the feeling that we are in for trouble! Isabella also have been pulling herself up on anything and anyone and standing. She hasn't started walking along furniture yet, but I'm sure it won't be long.

More updates soon, but until then, here are a few of my favorite pictures!

Half a Year Gone Already

How has six months flown by so fast??? Now I completely understand what I was always told about enjoying every little moment, even the cries and sleepless nights. Isabella is sitting up, close to crawling, and can stand for several seconds on her own (or for a few minutes by herself holding onto a couch, or for hours holding onto our fingers!). She is babbling and giggling all the time and is really getting into toys! :-) I am finding it a lot more fun to dress her up in cute outfits and not just onesies. Alex is loving playing with her more, and she ADORES his Elmo voice!!! I've already started to gather ideas for her first birthday. I can't believe it's going to be here in another six months!

Five Years and Four Months

I can't believe it's been four months since Isabella was born!!! Time definitely needs to slow down. We had her check up yesterday and she is at 16lbs 3oz and 25 inches long :-) Valentine's Day we went out to eat with my mom; Isabella had her first bad cold the beginning of March; St. Patty's Day we stayed around home;
and Easter was a ton of fun with both our families!!!

Yesterday was also Alex and I's five year wedding anniversary. That seems like just yesterday as well!!! We have definitely had our ups and downs, but this was the best anniversary yet! Being able to celebrate it with our daughter was fantastic! We had her appointment in the morning, then came home, ate lunch and Alex went to work. After he was done, we went to dinner with his cousin and girlfriend. The food was great! After that we came back home and all watched movies until midnight :-) Well, besides Isabella; she slept. Hahahaha!!!

My dad will be visiting in five weeks, and meeting Isabella for the first time. I'm very excited!!!!!!

Thank you all for still checking in and I'm sorry for the lack of posting. I need to better manage my time!
